Removal and installation of forward wings

The models of cars considered in the present manual are equipped with system of additional safety (SRS). Before starting performance of any works near the block of a safety cushion, a steering column or the dashboard, disconnect SRS in order to avoid getting injured at its casual operation (see. Onboard electric equipment). It is easy to distinguish an electrical wiring of a chain of SRS on yellow color of isolation.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. The car also establish to Poddomkratta it on props. Remove the corresponding forward wheel.
2. Remove assemblies of forward marker lights (see. Onboard electric equipment). Disconnect the electrical wiring preventing dismantle of wings.

3. Remove the finishing levels established under block headlights (address an illustration).

4. Remove antispray screens of an arch of the corresponding wheel from wings. Screens are fixed between a frame and a wing by means of screws and a set of clamps which scheme of an arrangement can vary depending on car model.
5. Turn out bolts of fastening of the upper edge of the panel of a wing.
6. Open a door and turn out the bolt of fastening of the top back corner of the panel of a wing located from the back party of a rack in an aperture of a forward door.
7. Turn out a bolt of fastening of the bottom back corner of the panel of a wing, the bolt is located directly under a wheel arch.
8. Having used the help of the assistant, remove the wing panel, try not to damage a paint and varnish covering of surrounding body panels.
9. If the wing is subject to replacement, remove from it a molding of facing of a wheel arch. The molding can fasten by means of screws, clamps or rivets.
10. Installation is made upside-down. Track reliability of tightening of carving fixture and a zashchelkivaniye of clamps.
