Doors of the car have the considerable weight therefore it will be reasonable to secure with the help of the assistant.

In order to avoid receiving cuts of hands about edges of technological windows in a doorframe work in gloves!

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.

If the stereosystem established on the car is equipped with a security code before disconnecting the battery make sure that you have the correct combination for input of the audio system in action!

2. Remove the panel of an internal upholstery and the film moisture filter (see the Section Removal and installation of panels of an internal upholstery of doors). At the corresponding complete set disunite contact sockets and release an electrical wiring of the actuation mechanisms located in a doorframe from intermediate clamps.

Previously it makes sense to mark the disconnected wires.

3. Open a door against the stop and prop up it a jack, or wooden blocks.

In order to avoid damage of LKP lay a rags layer between a head of a jack and edge of a door.

4. Lead round loopy levels a marker, having marked their situation on a body element. Turn out fixing bolts (address an illustration above) and by means of the assistant accurately remove door assembly from the car. If only the door is subject to replacement, it is not necessary to remove loops from a rack.
5. Installation is made upside-down, track combination of the landing tags put in the course of dismantle. In case of need make adjustment.
6. Strongly tighten fixing bolts of loopy levels.

Adjustment

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Adjustment of provision of a door in the plane of an aperture is carried out by means of the shift of loops concerning a body. For this purpose it is necessary to weaken bolts of fastening of loops to a rack.
2. Adjustment of a ledge of a door from a body is carried out by means of door shift concerning loops. For this purpose it is necessary to weaken bolts of fastening of a door to loops.
3. Correct operation of the locking mechanism after installation of a door can achieve by updating of the provision of the drummer of the lock in the vertical direction. For assessment of size of shift lead round a plate of the basis of the drummer a marker. Weaken fixture and make necessary adjustment, the latch has to enter gearing with the central part of the drummer. In conclusion adjust position of the drummer in the horizontal direction, the closed door has to appear aflush with the surface of the rack/panel of a back wing and regularly at the same time be locked.
